1. Specific store/eGift Card discounts are subject to change without notice and at any time. Changes may not be reflected on this web page in real time.

2.Discounted eGift Cards can only be accessed by entering the website of our eGift Card partners via the unique links on this webpage only, and for current Connected Members. By entering the website of our eGift Card partners, you understand that personal information, including first name and email address, may be required to be provided to the third party to provide access to the benefit and consent to this information being provided as necessary.

3.When purchasing eGift Cards with Connected, you are transacting directly with our eGift Card partners including Ambassador Card, Woolworths Group and Event Cinemas, and not Connected. Connected therefore holds no liability for any transactions made between you and our eGift Card partners, including having no obligation to replace or refund value for lost, stolen or deleted eGift Cards.
Your payment receipt and bank statement will show the names of these businesses as the payee for your purchase. You should not dispute or charge back a transaction simply because The Ambassador Card or our other eGift Card partners are displayed as the payee.

4.When purchasing please refer to the Privacy Policy of the relevant eGift Card partner.

5.Each eGift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the eGift Card partner (seller), as well as the terms and conditions of the specific retailer, including the expiration date of the eGift Card. Please read all information, terms and conditions before purchasing. Unused balance on expiry of eGift cards will not be refunded or credited. You acknowledge that retailers may impose limits and conditions such as the number of cards available to purchase during a specified period (e.g. per day) or the number of cards you can use toward a specific transaction.

6.Unless an eGift Card is invalid or defective, purchased eGift Cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other eGift Cards. Cash will not be given for any unused or remaining balance.

7.eGift Cards can be used for redemption of the value entered at the initial transaction only - it cannot be reloaded or have subsequent value added to it. Once your eGift Card has reached a nil balance, it cannot be reactivated. To add additional value to your eGift Card, please purchase separate eGift Cards. Purchases exceeding the available eGift Card balance require the difference to be paid by another method, where retailer split transaction options and discretions apply.

8.By purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use an eGift Card, or by making a transactions enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on an eGift Card, you warrant to us that you will comply with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions our eGift Card partner and the associated retailer, and all applicable laws and that the eGift Card will not be used in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers, or re-sell eGift Cards.

9.Your use, or recipient's use of the eGift Card at a participating retailer is subject at all times to the policies (and, where applicable, other terms and conditions) of that participating retailer regarding the goods and services made available by it.

After purchase, you will receive two emails. An order confirmation email and your eGift Card in a separate email.

4. How can I store my eGift Cards for easy access?

Once you receive your eGift Card via email, you can store it digitally for quick and convenient use. Here are some recommended options:

i.Download a free eGift Card storage app:These include Card Manager and Super Cards, which are both available in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)

ii.Use the retailer's app: Some brands allow eGift Cards to be added directly to a retailer's app (e.g. Woolworths Group & Partner eGift Cards can be added to the Everyday Rewards app).

iii.Take a screenshot:If your eGift Card has a barcode or QR code, take a screenshot and save it in your phone's photo gallery for quick scanning. You can also create a dedicated folder and save you eGift Card photos into this folder for easy retrieval

iv.Save the email in a dedicated email folder Keep the email with your eGift Cards in a dedicated folder for easy reference.

Unless specified by the eGift Card partner, purchased eGift Cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other eGift Cards or cancelled.

7. What should I do if I don't receive my eGift Card?

If you haven't received your eGift Card within the expected timeframe:

i.Check your spam or junk folder.

ii.Check the email address specified on your order confirmation email.

iii.Contact the relevant eGift Card partner Customer Service team (see FAQ number 1 for contact details).

8. I think I've lost an eGift Card, what do I do?

Check your email inbox (and spam or junk folder).
If you still can't find it, have your order confirmation email at hand (or the email address that you used to transact) and contact the relevant eGift Card partner Customer Service team (see FAQ number 1 for contact details).
Please treat your eGift Card like you would cash, as most eGift Card partners do not provide refunds/replacements for lost or stolen eGift Cards.

9. How long do I have to use my eGift Card?

Each eGift Card partner has their own terms and conditions on usage of eGift Cards. eGift cards can only be used within the validity period, and it is up to the card holder to use the full value within the validity period. The expiry may be unlimited, three (3) years or, in the case of movie vouchers (e.g. Event Cinemas), a specific date. Please check the expiry date before completing your transaction.

10. What happens if I don't use the full amount on my eGift Card in one transaction?

Your eGift Card can be used in multiple transactions until the value has been used up or the eGift Card has expired, unless otherwise stated in the product terms and conditions. You can check your card balance by contacting your eGift Card retailer online.

11. Why is Ambassador Card showing up on my email confirmation and bank statement?

When transacting via the 'All Other eGift Cards' link above, you are transacting through our eGift Card partner, The Ambassador Card. As such, your payment receipt and bank statement will name The Ambassador Card as the payee for your purchase. You should not dispute or charge back a transaction simply because The Ambassador Card is the payee.
